The ACWM™ was founded in 2021 and will be registered as an S88 organization in Hong Kong. Gilbert Loke
MBA, FCPA (Practising), CFP(M), ChWM
Gilbert is the Director of Greenpro Trust Limited, a licensed trustee in Hong Kong. He is also the founder of Falcon Certified Public Accountants Ltd and a co-founder of Greenpro Capital Corp. In addition, Gilbert serves as the director of ACWM.
He was trained with UHY Chartered Accountants in London from 1981 to 1988 and has been practicing as an accountant in Hong Kong since 2000. Gilbert holds an FCPA (Practising) license issued by the Accounting & Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong.
He co-founded Greenpro Capital Corp. in 2013, which was subsequently listed on Nasdaq (Nasdaq: GRNQ) in June 2018. Gilbert graduated with an MBA from Bulacan State University in the Philippines and has over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director in the accounting industry. Throughout his career, he has shown strong proficiency in business planning, wealth management, fund management, asset protection, tax, and IPO.
Gilbert is a qualified and Practising Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and has successfully taken over 40 companies public, including the prominent Greenpro Capital Corp.
Dr. Raymond Lee
Co-Founder and Director
Dr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in investment, analysis, and wealth management planning. He is a senior consultant at The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and has been a lecturer at local universities in Hong Kong for 10 years. He conducted training courses and seminars for various banks and financial institutions in accounting, law, economics, financial planning, investment management, corporate finance, foreign exchange, fund management, banking systems, etc.
Dr. Lee qualifies for PhD (Finance), MPhil (Economics and Finance), MPhil (Accounting and Law), BBA (Hons.) in Finance, FChFP, CFAI, CFSI, FCAMA, MHKSI
Dr. Lee has also worked and participated in the following positions:
Investment Bank Analyst, Credit Suisse First Boston – managed and traded over USD 100 million assets and Project Analyst.
SHILPA BOHRA

Shilpa Bohra currently heads the Hong Kong practice as Principal at Falcon Certified Public Accountants Ltd. and is a Partner at SRCO (a PCAOB registered firm in the USA).
Shilpa has an impressive career trajectory of diverse experience across various industries while working in organizations such as BASF, United Technologies (Fire & Security), Tata, KGK, Messe Frankfurt, Trinity Group, and Worms Safety Group.
She has a wealth of 20+ years of experience in Hong Kong and India and has extensively worked on various projects with 17+ countries.
Her expertise is in Mergers and acquisitions, Transfer Pricing, Tax, Internal Control, Accounting and audit, Trust and wills, and Family Offices. She has an MBA from HKUST and is a Certified Public Accountant in AICPA and Colorado (USA), Australia, and a Chartered Accountant (India).
She has a strong record of advising global corporations and entrepreneurial organizations in manufacturing, trading, and services. She is recognized for her excellent collaborations, results-driven strategy, and influential communications across businesses and professional peers.
